You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
We have shipped a wrong product that does not match your order.
There is a manufacturing defect in the product you received.
If the product is defective, you must provide a clear unboxing video or video proof of the defect.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only in cases of size issues or defective products.
For size issues (especially in bangles or jewelry), we will provide a size exchange only, not a full refund.
All return/exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 3 days or without proper video proof.
Certain categories of products are non-returnable/non-refundable.
This will be clearly mentioned on the respective product detail pages.
For eligible refunds:
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check (QC).
The refund process is usually initiated within 10 days after QC approval.
Expected refund resolution time: 10–15 days post Quality Check.
Refund receipt time depends on the mode of payment chosen by you.
For Debit/Credit Card transactions, refund timing is subject to your bank’s processing schedule.
(Please note, nationalized banks may take longer.)
For Mobile Wallet payments, refunds will be credited back to your wallet balance only.
If Quality Check is not required, the refund may be processed earlier on a case-by-case basis.
Patelmall does not facilitate reverse pickup.
