Refund Policy

Under what conditions Refunds will be provided?

You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

  • We have shipped a wrong product that does not match your order.

  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product you received.

  • If the product is defective, you must provide a clear unboxing video or video proof of the defect.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returns or exchanges will be accepted only in cases of size issues or defective products.

  • For size issues (especially in bangles or jewelry), we will provide a size exchange only, not a full refund.

  • All return/exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 3 days or without proper video proof.

Non-returnable / Non-refundable Products

Certain categories of products are non-returnable/non-refundable.
This will be clearly mentioned on the respective product detail pages.

Refund Process Timeline

For eligible refunds:
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check (QC).
The refund process is usually initiated within 10 days after QC approval.

Expected refund resolution time: 10–15 days post Quality Check.

Important Notes

  • Refund receipt time depends on the mode of payment chosen by you.

  • For Debit/Credit Card transactions, refund timing is subject to your bank’s processing schedule.
    (Please note, nationalized banks may take longer.)

  • For Mobile Wallet payments, refunds will be credited back to your wallet balance only.

  • If Quality Check is not required, the refund may be processed earlier on a case-by-case basis.

Patelmall does not facilitate reverse pickup.
Please return your product within 7 days of registering the complaint to the following address:
